To be used when supplying customers with spare parts due to factory faults, shipping errors or warranty claims. 

Products & associated shipping in this collection are free to the customer.

This collection is not to be used if the customer is not entitled to free spare parts. 

For instances where Subpod is not liable for the part replacement use the

'Spare Part - Charged' collection.

The customer is not entitled to free parts/free shipping in the following circumstances:

  • They lost the part.
  • The fault was caused by misuse, modification of the product.
  • The fault was caused by accidental or intentional damage of the product.
  • The product is 2nd hand (not bought from Subpod).
  • The warranty has expired.
