Thank you for visiting and shopping at Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Pre-Order Shipping

Subpod is a crowdfunded company, and we are currently in the process of fulfilling orders to all of our crowdfunding backers. We anticipate our products will be available for immediate delivery within Australia and USA by early February 2020.

Purchases via until February 2020 are considered pre-orders and will be fulfilled as soon as stock is available, with anticipated delivery in February 2020. 

Orders during the pre-order period are still subject to our return & refund policy.

Our full Subpod range is now in production and further delays beyond the February shipping date are not anticipated.  However we reserve the right to deliver pre-orders at a later date if unforseen circumstances arise. Pre-Order customers will be notified within 7 business days of any pre-order shipping delays

Post Pre-Order Shipping Policy USA & Australia

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and Australia. At this time we do not ship to P.O Boxes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

International shipping is available to EU and UK and orders may take up to 40 days to arrive.  For other destinations please contact us.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to international order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
