Things not quite right? If you're unhappy with your purchase we'll find a solution for you. All of our products can be returned or exchanged within 60 days— Subpods, Aerators & Garden Beds also include an additional 1-year warranty.

Returns will be refunded in the original payment method or with a store credit. Simply choose one option below and follow the instructions to initiate your return, exchange or warranty claim.

Canceling an Order

Cancel an order you made within the last 8 hours

If you made your purchase within the last 8 hours,  you can cancel your order.

Here's how:

Contact our customer support team and request your order is canceled. You will need to provide your order number. 

Cancel an order you made more than 8 hours ago

If you cancel your order more than 8 hours after it is placed it may already have been shipped.

If your order is still in the warehouse we will certainly cancel it but if it has already been shipped the order cannot be canceled. When it arrives you will need to follow the steps below for a change of mind return.

Things not quite right? All good! We know that sometimes an item may not fit or be right.

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 60 days of the date of delivery and we will be happy to provide you with a store credit or refund if you meet the below return conditions.

Customer support will advise where to send the product with its original packing and the RMA number, along with a note indicating whether you want a refund or a store credit.

HOW WOULD YOU LIKE YOUR RETURN?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges

Did you change your mind need a different size? That's all good! We accept exchanges on all our products as long as:

The order has not exceeded 60 days from the original date of delivery.

Garments still has all tags intact

Packaging is intact and undamaged

If the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange is not available, by default, your request will be processed by issuing you with an online store credit for the amount of your original purchase.

-All exchanges may take up to (5) business days to be processed, once received.

-All exchanges must be even-exchanges only.

Sale items

We accept returns of items bought on sale. 

Faulty/Damaged items

We're so sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition. Please email us at hello@subpod.com so we can resolve this for you. 

We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation which may include replacing the item if the stock is available or giving you a refund upon receiving your faulty item back. We also have a 12 Month Warranty period on Subpod In Garden Compost System, Aerator & Grow Garden Bed; please note this excludes fair wear and tear. 

Warranties and Our Liability 

Warranty Period of 12 months from date of delivery on all goods. See details below.

We Warrant:

That all Goods are new, free from defects, of merchantable quality and conform to any specifications provided on our Website or in the Order Acknowledgement; 

The Goods against defects of material or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date delivered, when used within the designed conditions for which they were manufactured. For latent defects, we warrant the Goods for 12 months  from the date delivered (“Warranty Period”).

This warranty is limited to replacement of parts which we agree are defective in material or workmanship and does not extend to claims for labour, expenses and other Consequential Loss or damage occasioned by such defect when in use.

This warranty does not (without intending to create any category or limitation) cover defects or deficiencies in Goods caused by improper installation or maintenance of Goods or related components; deterioration by corrosion, erosion, fair wear and tear, irradiation, inappropriate use, inappropriate storage, negligence, accidental damage, use of undue force in operating the product or any cause of failure other than defects in material or workmanship.
